For Nature's Scent® it is important that your products arrive safely and intact which is why we have chosen to use Royal Mail. We understand that strikes can be frustrating, but trust us, through trial and error we have found Royal Mail to be the most reliable. Your shipping costs are calculated by both the weight and size of the products you order.

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS if available.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, either 1st or 2nd class signed for depending on the weight of your order and which option you have chosen.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
