Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Nature's Scent ®. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help and try to put things right.
If your item is faulty, you have 7 working days from dispatch to contact me and 14 working days to return an item from the date you received it. Please send me photographs of the faulty item. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging and your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. Unfortunately, if the product has been used, or is in prefect working condition I cannot accept returns/refunds for reasons such as; do not like the scent or change of heart. I will always try to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible and will consider each case on it's individual merits. In certain circumstances, if a refund is refused, I will offer (where possible) a discount/voucher towards your next purchase.
Once a refund has been agreed, I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. I will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment) within a few days.
You will be responsible for packaging the item as safely as possible to minimise any damage and for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and please ensure that you use a trackable service to return the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
