For Nature's Scent® it is important that your products arrive safely and intact which is why we have chosen to use Royal Mail. We understand that strikes can be frustrating, but trust us, through trial and error we have found Royal Mail to be the most reliable and cost effective. This helps us to keep your shipping costs as low as possible whilst also giving you peace of mind by using trackable services. Your shipping costs are calculated by both the weight and size of the products you order.

We do offer free shipping for orders over £40.00 (as long as shipping does not exceed £7.00).

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but we will ensure we communicate any delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS if available.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Large Letter, small or medium parcel depending on the weight of your order.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

naturesscentuk.com. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

naturesscentuk.com. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping (a claim will need to be raised with Royal Mail and their process followed). We will also take photographs of any orders we pack prior to sealing them, ready for postage. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
